We had to hunt down a ser... read more I had the worst dining experience of my life at this restaurant. Despite having a reservation, we waited 20 minutes just to be seated. We had to hunt down a server just to get a glass of water after being passed around by five confused staff members. I ordered a cocktail that didn’t arrive until we were literally paying the bill. The burgers we received seemed to be frozen but somehow ended up burnt. Since it was my birthday, I had noted that in the reservation, and they brought me a piece of cake during our meal, only to take it back later. Overall, we received no service, endured bad food, and went without water or drinks, which completely ruined my birthday celebration.
