Laurino's Tavern - BREWSTER

We ordered 180$ worth of food for take out, and our 3 large pizzas were messed up. We ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with red onions and garlic, which ACTUALLY had pineapple, green peppers, regular onions with the chicken and garlic. The pepperoni pizza that we requested had literally 3 slices of pepperoni on the pizza. Then our last pizza was supposed to be just chicken and pesto, but they put tomatoes and onions on it when we clarified several times over the phone for no tomatoes or anything extra on any of our pizzas. We tried calling to discuss this, and the lady on the phone was unprofessional and disrespectful. She told my grandmother she should have looked at the menu online to know how the pizzas come, when THE WEBSITE DOESN'T HAVE SPECIALIZED PIZZAS LISTED AND ONLY HAD THEM OFFERED BY THE NUMBER OF TOPPINGS. And that’s bold of her to assume my grandmother would be able to have access to the internet in that way. To add to this, she did not answer the phone very nicely and hung up without trying to figure out any solution. This is so sad because we have been going here for YEARS and it ruined my brothers special birthday surprise.

Messed up multiple pizzas on a $180 order and refused to acknowledge it! Unbelievably rude and unprofessional on the phone! Told us it was OUR fault the food was wrong! Food has been okay in the past but customer service is always incredibly poor ?

Their gluten-free pizza crust is pretty good, but it is a little pricey at an additional $7

Great food, and atmosphere, with wonderful service!

A lower cape staple since I think the 1950s. Their pizza, salad, and wings are by far my favorite. Worth taking the trip back home for.
