What maxBEssex doesn't like about Costa:
Only been here once before years ago so went yesterday to meet friends. Very busy to the point staff couldn’t cope, long queues and no one to clear tables, was dirty. Wrong drinks being given out, lots of small children (afters school) running around, one unbelievably riding his scooter inside! Went to the loo, absolutely disgusting wouldn’t let the dog use it. This is a great restaurant with welcoming staff. I'm usually not a fan of chain restaurants, but this one is good. It's perfect for grabbing a cup of tea and a sausage sandwich on a Sunday morning break while walking the dog.
I really enjoyed this Costa restaurant. The atmosphere was excellent and the service was top-notch. It's in a great location.
I stopped by for a coffee and to catch up with a friend. The place was bustling, tables were not being cleared promptly, and the service was slow.
I had a hot chocolate, when is nice weather I like to seat outside.
Lovely atmosphere and lovely staff. However you Nedd more staff to help.oit at peak times.
