The food was partly lustlessly prepared and of average quality. The plates were so hot, the sauces and pies were dry. Often too salty, so the actual aromas were covered. Red wine was too warm. Had to wait 20 minutes for a bottle of white wine, it was justified to cool the wine. In a dish all have exactly the same (after tasting) on the plate left no question whether that was wrong. And so on...
