The skin was still very bright on the meat. It was only after complaint that she was darker, but not as much as she actually heard. See my photos (after I had deported the wobble skin). My accompaniment had panfish. It was 0-8-15. The roast potatoes weren't crooked, Sauce could have been more. Cooking ham as bacon in the roast potatoes was at least in need of reconciliation.
