Back-factory - Feedback

What Erna Klaus doesn't like about Back-factory:
The selection is ok as with all other Backfactory locals, but unfortunately here the employees are quite unfriendly and the shelves are partly very dirty and chaotic. Often crushed sweets are on the edge and if you draw attention to it, you will only be spoiled. Generally, this place is often very dirty and if you have bad luck, all tables are served with bowls and garbage. View all feedback. What Lieselotte Appel likes about Back-factory:
Nicer to load with nice staff who is very flot, courteous and patient. What is also very good is that there is a corner where you can make coffee, cocoa or tea, as well as between big and small. It's really very cheap that you mentioned, but what bothers me is that food is usually very cold and sabbery, now it can be that I don't get to eat there all morning, but good, they should be able to eat somehow warm or?
