So the food is ok and coffee is fine. I had a problem with one of the servers her name is Raven I believe, like the bird that is. She was extremely rude and snappy when I walked up and said hi, and was huffing while I was ordering. Every time iv been here they have handed me my nitro cold brew with more then half of it being creamer after asking for 1/4 they also charged me extra for creamer and sweeter at any other starbucks the drink is 5.45 and at this starbucks its 6.95… will not be
Literally watched the girls cluelessly try and make my drink (just a simple cold brew) and then stand around looking confused for 15 minutes. Manager sat in the back being unhelpful when the machine appeared to be broken while I obviously and awkwardly was right there watching. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this was a little ridiculous.
Haven't tried anything at Starbucks yet but I will one time another
Put regular milk in my girlfriend's drink even though she asked for almond milk and the label said it. She's not too sensitive but this could be a real problem for somebody who is more lactose intolerant
People were rude and on their phones instead of paying attention to the line building up.
