This is a seriously long overdue review and unfortunately, it looks like Poultrygram has since closed down, but I would be remiss if I didn't share how great this pop-up was when it was open. The fried chicken sandwiches were enormous and they served hearty potato wedge fries with plenty of seasoning. The customer service was outstanding. Hope they bring it back someday! What Tina T doesn't like about Poultrygram:
Got this delivered last night and I was very disappointed. Saw the reviews and was excited but I won't be going back. The breading was falling off the chicken, the chicken tenders were so thin that the breading had a gap in between them, the flavors weren't there, they were super oily, ranch was the only flavor I got from everything and even that was watered down, and the coleslaw had no flavor either. This review is long overdue, and sadly, it appears that Poultrygram has closed its doors. However, I can't miss the opportunity to share how fantastic this pop-up was while it was operational. The fried chicken sandwiches were massive, and they accompanied them with generously seasoned potato wedge fries. The customer service was exceptional. I truly hope they return one day!
A bit hard to find as it is within Copper Blues but the chicken sandwich and fries were good. Can't wait for the bar to re-open for entertainment and drinks.
Great portion sizes for the price. Only disappointment is their hot AF isn't that hot. Please make it spicier.
Great Service and experience. Only thing that I was a little let down was how oily the chicken was and the breading fell off when I tried to pick up the chicken. Not sure if this is how it is? Flavor was good on the Nashville chicken and the sides were great. Will try it again as service and flavors were good.
After wandering around for a while and making several unsuccessful phone calls, I was fortunate enough to notice a scrolling marquee that provided some information. However, the message was outdated and led me to a friendly but uninformed attendant at the improv venue nearby. He kindly directed me to wait in line to speak with the host, which ended up being a 20-minute wait. Once I reached the front and asked some questions, a busy but polite server informed me that I needed to order online. He lamented about the poor internet connection, and despite my pleas for him to take my order, it was to no avail. I ended up having to call my wife, whom I had intended to surprise with dinner, to place the order because the service was so slow that I couldn’t even open the menu. While I was waiting for her to confirm the order, the manager approached me and inquired why I was loitering around. I explained my predicament, and he started to give me instructions on how to place an order, completely overlooking the fact that my wife was already doing that. The masks didn’t help the situation any. Although he was very kind and even went to the back to check on my order, I still hadn’t eaten yet and will update my review once I do. I would strongly recommend ordering delivery instead of coming here—it doesn't seem worth the hassle. This review isn’t a critique of the manager or the staff, who were trying their best, but rather of the ownership for not empowering their team to navigate such difficult circumstances. The manager had no choice but to return without my food after a 10-minute mission to the kitchen, and by that time, the line for the host was wrapping around the restaurant. I sincerely hope my food arrives soon, but since he hasn’t addressed me or made eye contact since returning, my hopes are dwindling. On top of everything, it’s now five minutes past the time my food was supposed to be ready; I was told it would take 15 to 25 minutes. Normally, I consider myself to be very patient and laid-back, so it takes a lot for me to complain—this experience has certainly tested my limits.
