The Martello staff are friendly and helpful. While the views from within the hotel and the beautiful common areas are absolutely stunning, it is their staff that makes this place so special. This was one of the best hotel stays I've experienced in all my traveling! Service: 5

Fair warning: there's an elevator but it's a little out of the way if you're trying to avoid stairs. Service: 5

From the minute we arrived the staf... read more We had a lunch with the in-laws in the upstairs rooms and it was the best service we've experienced anywhere in a long time. From the minute we arrived the staff was very attentive and friendly, we were grateful for the sea view table. We were looked after several different waiters and the whole team seemed well organised and we were checked on often, water was refilled frequently and the food arrived fast. Everything went smooth and the food was delicious and well presented. The perfect Sunday lunch for an early Father's day for my father in law. Thank you Martello restaurant! We'll be back soon hopefully!
