I offered to pay for a si... read more I'm not sure who served us, but we ordered a Philly Cheese and asked for pickles and mustard. She said we weren't allowed to add them. I offered to pay for a side of pickles, but she said they don't do that and only put on what’s listed. I've never heard of that before. I also didn’t want bell peppers, but she refused to hold them, saying it had to be exactly as advertised. Never heard of that either. I wouldn’t go back if you can’t even add salt and pepper to a Philly—other locations don’t have this issue. The worker didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. The sandwich was supposed to be cooked, but it was pretty cold. As soon as we paid, she lowered the counter and went to the back.
