However, I wouldn’t recomm... read more We had a wonderful time at this restaurant while celebrating three birthdays. We really enjoyed the food, the wine, and the ambiance. However, I wouldn’t recommend the eggplant dish; it didn’t meet our expectations as a medium option. There was plenty of parking available, and valet service was an option as well. The restaurant is situated at Chateau Elan Inn. One downside was the absence of a pianist, despite the website stating there would be live music from 6:30 to 9:30 on Friday and Saturday. Unfortunately, there was no music at all during our visit.

Given the hig... read more The service at the bar was somewhat better, and the manager was friendly, but we didn't receive the Mousse-Bouche appetizer like the other diners. Given the high prices, I expected better service for fine dining. That said, the food was exceptional. I would give them five stars for the cuisine. The Steak Frites was the best I've ever had, and the crab cakes and lobster/shrimp ravioli were delicious. The Crème Brûlée was also quite good. Overall, it wasn't a complete letdown, but a word of advice: skip the sit-down reservations and opt to eat at the bar instead!

We had the special; salmon... read more My wife and I visited Chateau Elan for our 6th wedding anniversary and booked a dinner at Versailles. What a wonderful dinner it was. We had the special; salmon, shrimp, and scallops over a bed of risotto and it was honestly phenomenal, this needs to becomea staple on the menu! We also shared Filet Mignon, and a wonderful cheesecake dessert. Our server was great and very helpful. Weloved our meal very much!
