It took three times to get a burger without cheese due to my allergy.....then I was present this. When I went back I was told from the line cook it was fine.....just like the 1st one was fine. NEVER will I return to this location.
We ordered one of the advertised specials for $5. It came out hot. The cashier was very patient and helpful when I misunderstood how the special was supposed be ordered. The lot looked clean and the grassy areas well kept. I would have given a rating of 5stars if I would not have been given a sweet tea when I ordered unsweetened.
I visited the Wendy's drive-thru tonight, but was informed by the employee in the photo that they are severely short-staffed and only accepting mobile orders. I was advised to use DoorDash instead. It seems they're short-staffed while everyone else is just hanging around on the clock. I wonder if corporate is aware of this level of customer service.
**Restaurant Review:** **Negatives:** The fries were a mixed bag; some were undercooked, while others were old, brown, and greasy, but there were a few that were cooked correctly. The chicken nuggets were served cold, and one of the burger buns had mold. The smaller burger that had the mold was also cold. **Positives:** However, the fries that were hot were enjoyable! My order was filled correctly, even with some unusual instructions for one of the sandwiches. The staff were friendly. Just a tip: remind the person about your drinks because she tends to forget. I visited on July 7, 2022, around 4:30 PM, and unfortunately, I did not receive a receipt, which made it impossible to report my experience to Wendy's corporate.
We stopped by this location last night just before 11 PM. When we arrived at the drive-thru to place our order, there was one person at the window waiting for their food. We waited for about five minutes, trying to get someone’s attention, but no one responded. Frustrated, we left and went across the street to Taco Bell, where we got our food. On our way back, we noticed someone else at the Wendy's drive-thru window receiving their order. I find this to be poor service, and I won’t be returning.
