They've recently switched to cash only to minimize the number of customers in the drive-thru, but it's still slow. I had to wait 15-20 minutes at around 6 in the morning, and there were only three cars ahead of me. It's just ridiculous!

The credit card machine was out of order, but I wasn't informed until after I'd already placed my order. As if that wasn't enough, I was also told they were out... read more The credit card machine was out of order, but I wasn't informed until after I'd already placed my order. As if that wasn't enough, I was also told they were out of ketchup. Seriously? Overall, my experience was disappointing. The staff were quite loud and acted silly while potential customers were coming and going, unable to pay because they didn't have cash. Clearly, this is not a well-managed establishment, and I have no plans to return.

Regardless of your title, you should never speak to a customer in such a manner! I will be contacting whoever I need to in order to address this issue. And to the woman who lied to me about not being able to provide a receipt, I know that's not true! Receipts should be given for every order. Additionally, I had to wait for over an hour in the drive-thru only to find out that my food wasn't even made and my order wasn't in the system. You've messed with the wrong person today, ladies!

This location must have been sold by the original owner because he would have never allowed it to become the wreck it is now. How long does a location milk the plandemic by keeping the diningroom closed!!! They certainly can?t say its because of lack of help, there was 11 people there during this visit around 9:30 am.The original owner ran this location drive thru and dining room open with 4 people I guess that emphasizes the quality ofmanagement and staff. Credit card machine down, out of soda and the food was cold and greasy!!! I will never come back.

Today I... read more I have tried three times in the morning to get breakfast at this location. Whenever they are busy they just stop taking orders for minimum of 8 minutes. Today I watched the entire line clear from the window and they refused to take orders for 10 minutes.Finally after they started taking orders it took another 10 minutes to receive my order. Who leaves 20+ minutes early so theycan sit in a drive thru for a biscuit? Oh and the lobby is closed so you can?t walk in to order either. I hope they either getbetter management or close this place and a better restaurant chain take its place.
