Bojangles - Braselton

These are the WORST Bojangles. Please do the city of Braselton a favor and sell to another successful fast food chain. You clearly don't know how to run a business.

Service was incredibly slow at lunch, chicken tenders and fries were warm at best and total cost was very high. Almost $20 for mediocre food delivered slowly. Would not recommend.

Drive thru was slow. My coffee sat at the take out window and got cold. I asked for new coffee and the clerk gave me another cup that was lukewarm. I need hot coffee to enjoy my breakfast meal.

Good luck if you actually get service from here. The employees are too busy standing out back smoking than taking orders and serving the customers. I sat at the drive-thru for almost 20 minutes and never even got to place my order.

The biscuits are so tasty. The biscuit with my son's mac and cheese was broken into multiple pieces because of how it was packed into his kids meal box. Other than that the meal was great. My son said he mac and cheese was amazing. They gave us plenty of condiments and napkins in our bag. Overall we were very pleased with the food. I will say that if you don't like the flavor of onions then you may not like the Botato rounds. They gave a strong onion flavor which I like but it may not be your thing.
