The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even made me a freshly baked cookie without any inconvenience. I will definitely come back, just not to the Winder location!

They've recently switched to cash only to minimize the number of customers in the drive-thru, but it's still slow. I had to wait 15-20 minutes at around 6 in the morning, and there were only three cars ahead of me. It's just ridiculous!

As if that wasn't enough, I was also told they were out of ketchup. Seriously? Overall, my experience was disappointing. The staff were quite loud and acted silly while potential customers were coming and going, unable to pay because they didn't have cash. Clearly, this is not a well-managed establishment, and I have no plans to return.

Regardless of your title, you should never speak to a customer in such a manner! I will be contacting whoever I need to in order to address this issue. And to the woman who lied to me about not being able to provide a receipt, I know that's not true! Receipts should be given for every order. Additionally, I had to wait for over an hour in the drive-thru only to find out that my food wasn't even made and my order wasn't in the system. You've messed with the wrong person today, ladies!
