The oat milk is always unpleasant; I'm not sure if it's expired or what, but it's fine at other locations. It seems like they're often understaffed, so perhaps the franchise should consider increasing pay to retain more employees.

It s... read more Excellent Dunkin’ location conveniently situated right off the interstate. This spot was newly built within the past year, making it very clean and modern. It seems to be well staffed since I’ve never had to wait long for my order. The service is friendly, and they offer a wide variety of donuts!

It was embarrassing to see people waiting up front while employees stayed in the back for about eight minutes. When we finally received our order, it was just left at the end of the counter; if I hadn’t been paying attention, I wouldn’t have known it was ready. I noticed an item was missing and approached the employee at the end of the counter, but when I made eye contact and was about to speak, she walked away. I rarely write reviews, but this experience was very disappointing. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the coffee was excellent.
