Subway
Description
Recent experiences at a local Subway highlight a troubling pattern of service inconsistency and unfulfilled promises. Customers reported app ordering issues, where charges remained despite cancellations and poor communication from customer service. Additionally, persistent equipment failures, such as a non-functioning toaster, led to cold subs served contrary to the menu's offerings, leaving patrons frustrated. While some staff demonstrated commendable service and dedication, complaints of understaffing raised concerns about management priorities and customer care standards. Despite the occasional positive interaction, many customers feel compelled to seek alternatives that prioritize responsibility and quality.

The lady who assisted my son did an excellent job of inquiring about the sandwich. It was his first time, and I was grateful for her patience. He really enjoyed the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich she made.
I ordered two sandwiches, one of which was mine. I had a chicken Teriyaki with added ham sandwich. Both meals were supposed to be toasted. When I received the meal and opened it up to take a bite, I realized they weren't toasted and were cold. I saw the employee put them in the toaster, but apparently she didn't leave them in long enough. I am pregnant and cannot eat cold lunch meat. I tried to call the store to ask when a manager would be there, but the phone was out of service or disconnected.
On October 10th at 3:30 PM, we visited the restaurant and noticed a sign stating that their toaster was out of order. When we asked when it would be fixed, the staff member we spoke to rudely informed us that they just didn't want to clean it afterward. It's frustrating that they continue to advertise toasted subs while being unable to offer them.
I received coupons in the mail offering three footlongs for $17.99. However, when I went to use them, I found out they weren't honoring the coupons and only offered a $2 discount on each sub instead. It felt like a classic bait and switch.
