Description

Red Lobster in Branson received mixed reviews, with some customers complaining about long wait times, cold food, and unappetizing options such as popcorn shrimp. However, others had a positive experience, enjoying the friendly staff, good food, and complimentary desserts. Overall, the restaurant seemed to be understaffed at times but still managed to provide excellent service and tasty dishes. Despite some hiccups, Red Lobster remains a popular choice for those looking for a seafood fix in Branson, with a menu that offers plenty of options for everyone.

First, I want to highlight that our server, Promise, was excellent—attentive, friendly, and approachable. Red Lobster in Oklahoma, where I'm from, is one of my favorite places, but this experience didn’t come close to that quality. The salads had large pieces of romaine spine with very few actual leaves, and the dressing was just okay. The baked potato was on the small side but tasted fine. However, the shrimp was undercooked, and the breading was doughy. Our server handled the situation well and offered to replace it, suggesting we request extra crispy next time. Unfortunately, there was nothing crispy about it when it arrived, so asking for extra crispy shouldn’t even have been necessary—how about just making sure the breading isn’t doughy in the first place?

Clean inside and out nice clean bathrooms spacious parking. Food was absolutely amazing. Service was great. Waiters/ Waitresses were absolutely amazing and very accommodating for me and my husband and 7 month old baby. 10/10 recommended!

To be fair, Red Lobster isn't typically recognized for its seafood, especially when it comes to freshness, but it had been a while since our last visit. Upon entering, we were immediately hit with an unpleasant odor near the host station. Initially, I thought it might be from someone in front of me, but I realized the smell lingered even after I left. The odor was quite off-putting. I ordered the fish and chips, which unfortunately did not meet expectations. The fish was served cold and greasy, and the batter was excessively thick. The fries were bland and unseasoned, and the coleslaw tasted like it was past its prime—one small bite was enough for us to leave it untouched. On a bright side, the ice water and ketchup were surprisingly decent. However, the service was slow and lacking, even though the restaurant was mostly empty. Overall, I don't think I'll be returning.

I visited Red Lobster for the first time to celebrate our first anniversary. It was also my first experience with lobster and scallops, and I can confidently say everything was excellent—the food, the staff, and the cleanliness. As a special touch, our waitress surprised us with a complimentary Chocolate Wave dessert to help celebrate our anniversary. It was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant!

We'll, the food was great, and the restaurant was fine, but or waitress was less than fantastic. The manager kicked in and help pick up the slack. We were seated well before the table next to us and served well after, they had a different server. We werealso told we would have to go to the bar to get a to go order. The manager corrected this also. I'm sure corrections will bemade. I will still continue to eat there. That waitress will surely learn to do better or move on.
