Panera Bread - Branson
Panera Bread
Description
Panera has received a mixed bag of experiences from diners. While some patrons praised the deliciousness of items like the steak sandwich and breakfast soufflé, others lamented dirty environments, cold food, and lackluster service. Complaints included long wait times, incorrect orders, and ineffective staff communication. Despite the discontent, certain locations, especially in Branson, earned accolades for their friendly service and consistent quality. Diners highlighted frustrations with pricing, particularly regarding salads, and some reminisce about better days for the café chain. Nonetheless, there remains a glimmer of hope for improvement as long-time customers express loyalty amid the challenges.

I've visited multiple times, and while the food is what keeps me coming back, the atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. The lights are too bright, and it lacks the ambiance of the old restaurant. The tables are crammed together, making it difficult to get into the booth without bumping into someone else. Right now, there’s leftover food under my table—pepperoni and cheese fragments...
