The staff inside was busy chatting the whole time we waited, and I wasn't even sure if anyone was working on the sandwich we ordered.

I placed my order through my phone and was notified via text that I had to pick up my food at the window instead of having it brought to our table. Unfortunately, the app did not recognize our gift card. Overall, four of us were able to dine for around $60.

Panera used to be so fresh, and bakery was great, but now it was disappointing. The soup was good. I can buy the soup at Walmart. The turkey was strange. I guess something has changed.

This spot is overcrowded with tourists, making it hard to find a place to sit and resulting in long lines. I've visited multiple times, and while the food is what keeps me coming back, the atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. The lights are too bright, and it lacks the ambiance of the old restaurant. The tables are crammed together, making it difficult to get into the booth without bumping into someone else. Right now, there’s leftover food under my table—pepperoni and cheese fragments...
