I wanted to use their app to order food for two, as I had just downloaded it and would receive discounts, as well as use a Panera gift card I received for Christmas. However, I had trouble using the app. When I approached the counter and explained that I couldn't get the app to work properly, the manager, who was not very friendly, mentioned that it seemed to be a common issue that day. Unfortunately, there was no effort made to accommodate me (such as offering the same deal I would get on the app), so I decided to take my business elsewhere. We ended up going to the new Chic-fil-a in Branson, which I had never been to before. The service there was excellent, and the food was delicious.

There was no line at all, and I'm certain that everyone left because the wait for a simple sandwich was over 15 minutes. I placed my order through my phone and was notified via text that I had to pick up my food at the window instead of having it brought to our table. Unfortunately, the app did not recognize our gift card. Overall, four of us were able to dine for around $60.

This spot is overcrowded with tourists, making it hard to find a place to sit and resulting in long lines. I've visited multiple times, and while the food is what keeps me coming back, the atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. The lights are too bright, and it lacks the ambiance of the old restaurant. The tables are crammed together, making it difficult to get into the booth without bumping into someone else. Right now, there’s leftover food under my table—pepperoni and cheese fragments...
