This is a new location, and I found the previous one to be much better. This spot is overcrowded with tourists, making it hard to find a place to sit and resulting in long lines. I've visited multiple times, and while the food is what keeps me coming back, the atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. The lights are too bright, and it lacks the ambiance of the old restaurant. The tables are crammed together, making it difficult to get into the booth without bumping into someone else. Right now, there’s leftover food under my table—pepperoni and cheese fragments...
The sandwich was rather light and lacked substantial fillings. However, the service was prompt and efficient.
Excellent service and, as always, delicious food. One of the kids accidentally ordered the wrong dish, but when they brought out our order, they gave it to us for free and also brought out the correct dish he wanted. Truly fantastic service!
Love the new location in Branson. A lot more convenient, drive through option, and just a cleaner, fresher overall environment with friendly faces willing to serve. Wish they had a few more padded seats instead of so many chairs in the middle of the restaurant, but at least it's easily accessible for their monthly sip club program.
Mixed results. New clean facility. Ordered full size sandwiches but they entered in half. One sandwich was pretty good but very disappointed with the Chipotle Chicken Avocado melt. Probably the driest I’ve ever had. Where is the cheese? Very little meat. Doesn’t qualify as a melt where I come from.

Love this place..
This was my first time at the new Panera in Branson. I wanted to use their app to order food for two, as I had just downloaded it and would receive discounts, as well as use a Panera gift card I received for Christmas. However, I had trouble using the app. When I approached the counter and explained that I couldn't get the app to work properly, the manager, who was not very friendly, mentioned that it seemed to be a common issue that day. Unfortunately, there was no effort made to accommodate me (such as offering the same deal I would get on the app), so I decided to take my business elsewhere. We ended up going to the new Chic-fil-a in Branson, which I had never been to before. The service there was excellent, and the food was delicious.
There was no line at all, and I'm certain that everyone left because the wait for a simple sandwich was over 15 minutes. The staff inside was busy chatting the whole time we waited, and I wasn't even sure if anyone was working on the sandwich we ordered.
The food was prepared quickly and accurately. I placed my order through my phone and was notified via text that I had to pick up my food at the window instead of having it brought to our table. Unfortunately, the app did not recognize our gift card. Overall, four of us were able to dine for around $60.
Bread seemed old and tough, and two small bacon slices were under done. There mixed greens weren't fresh. High prices and service was mediocre. Panera used to be so fresh, and bakery was great, but now it was disappointing. The soup was good. I can buy the soup at Walmart. The turkey was strange. I guess something has changed.

It was our first visit to Panera Bread! We loved it! Great service and excellent food!
The Panera in Branson is second to none. I have been going there consistently for 7 years and management and employees have always been super friendly and given excellent food service. When I become a millionaire I will eat there everyday, like three times a day.
The manager of this establishment, Lewis, oversees the most professional and courteous staff we have ever encountered. We have been frequenting this restaurant for many years and have never experienced any issues. Excellent work, Lewis and team!
The food was Great and Greg the server was a love. He had the Best sense of humor. Always had a smile on his face. That what made our lunch experience 100%.
I really enjoy the Fuji Apple salad, but I prefer not to have chicken in it. I find it frustrating to always have to pay for meat that I do not eat. I believe that the salad should have a set price, and any additional ingredients like chicken should be available for an extra charge.

We ordered breakfast sandwiches and hot chocolate!!! The hot chocolate was amazing as they did it to what we like My mom likes more whipping cream and I like less chocolate. And the server did an amazing job!!! The food was also delicious ?
The steak sandwich was delicious, but it had a small amount of meat in it. My salad should have come with a baguette, but it did not. I had to search for our server in order to get one. Despite these issues, I would consider returning to this restaurant.
This was the worst thing I have ever tried in various cities and states. The restaurant was dirty and the staff were confused and inefficient. Thanks to their poor quality, we have had to double our own performance standards. I would recommend skipping this place.
I worked on this place and the crew is amazing to work. I'm coming 5 days the week for my plain roasted brown bagel. the girls (mel) still treat me as kind as ever! great location and eating is so good! when it is busy being patient, I promise that they work as fast as they can serve them. trust me, I know this crew, they don't stop working and work for their families. remember that before they are being someone for not being friendly ' after trying to quickly serve people, so they are not annoyed on a timely wise. be just patient. ~Aaryn groves
It was just ok. I had 12 veggie soup and grilled cheese. The grilled cheese was just bread with heated slices of American cheese. My wife had soup and salad. Her ceaser salad was mainly crunch buts of lettuce with no flavor to the dressing.
