Our server was handling two tables,... read more I’ve been waiting for over 45 minutes just to get a table for three, and the host was quite rude—totally ignored my friend. Our server was handling two tables, and when my friend asked about the wait time, she lied and said there was no wait. If there's no wait, then why are we still sitting here? I requested to speak with a manager multiple times, but no one seemed to take it seriously. It felt like everyone was out of it. This place definitely needs a surprise visit from corporate—seriously!

The atmosphere was chaotic, with several people yelling at the hostess, who took breaks and even went into the kitchen to help out without washing her hands. I had to repeat our order to three different staff members, one of whom claimed they were just following instructions and that I should reference the printed order sitting in front of us. It was incredibly disorganized. When we finally returned home to eat, one of the orders—an item that wasn’t a burger—was ice cold. It had clearly been made an hour before the others were ready. This experience occurred on July 4th, a busy holiday, and it was evident they were understaffed. The only staff member who seemed somewhat helpful was on her first day. While I want to give them the benefit of the doubt because of the holiday, the service we received was completely unacceptable.

Let me start by saying- The food was good! We had the roast beef sandwich, mozzarella sticks and nachos. Coffee, soda and hot chocolate. (The hot chocolate is good!)It's the beginning of the tourist season so getting back up to fast pace will take a day or so. Employees are hard working, friendly and giving their best.The a/c is brand new and working like a charm. There's more than ample air flow. If you chill easily, take a light jacket with you. But definitely a good place to eat and cool off. The temp today was 90+.Have patience for service. It might take a minute to get your food so sit back, enjoy your beverage and visit with your dining companions. Feel free to ask for refills if you're needing while waiting. They'll gladly help you.I have to give major kudo's to the evening cook/kitchen staff. Every plate was presented nicely, and tasted very good. Hot and yummy!This was my first visit to a Denny's in several years. There's not one in my area. I'll be craving that sandwich and will have to return soon as I can.Thanks for a yummy meal served by nice employees. ?

In the last three days, my wife and I have been eating from then get Dennys. before two nights we sat in the restaurant and we had two older lady servers and th... read more In the last three days, my wife and I have been eating from then get Dennys. before two nights we sat in the restaurant and we had two older lady servers and there was this amount of bikern who were totally insane and I had made a comment on the server that he told them she was still, or she told them that I told them that and began a chaos between me and this group. at this point we were willing to leave, I went out and I had to start a jump, the biker clan came to my car and approached me about the complaining on them. and there would have been a change if I had not been on parole and it was not worth, but I would complain that I had also been complaining to the manager in this night, because we had to be a staple the next time we had a job we convened and picked up was completely wrong, and I called all day long and even the next day, they would not replace my order, the manager of vanessa was absolutely rude of the general manager annie would not even take my call to fix my order and the evening of the 4th. I have not been giving up any of the also the amount of drug that go through this is absolutely terrible and if it is not examined, I would like to have an examination happen. the hour is yours, I look forward to talking to someone, thank you 48 hours from now on. the hour is yours
