He checked on us frequently throughout our meal, delivering outstanding service. We started with the appetizer platter for two, where we selected four options: chicken wings, jerk chicken spring rolls, festival, and coconut shrimp. Oh my goodness, the food was delicious! Everything tasted freshly made, but the coconut shrimp was truly the highlight—definitely the best I've ever had! For our main courses, my husband ordered the stuffed steamed snapper with shrimp and ground provisions on the side, while I had the oxtail with rice and peas and a green salad. The food was fresh, well-seasoned, and the portion sizes were generous, transporting me back home with its savory flavors. We found ourselves moaning under our breath with how good everything was! For dessert, we decided to share the pineapple and coconut ice cream, which was absolutely divine! It had generous chunks of real pineapple, making for a party in our mouths from the very first bite to the last. We will definitely be returning and bringing the whole family next time. Just a heads up: there is quite a wait for the food, so be prepared for that, but I can assure you that the meal is well worth it! Marlon knew the menu and the cooking process well enough to confirm crucial allergy details. timing of food and just their all-around desire to cater to their guests for an enjoyable outing. The guests were great as well. Everyone was friendly, tidy, respectful. As a Foodie and a West Indian, and a mother with young children with allergies, I am beyond particular. To go out and feel like family, listen to some sweet reggae tunes, sap up my bammy in my coconut rundown sauce and have the snapper slide off the bone without anyone even knowing I'm eating fish.
