I had a terrible experience at the restaurant. I ordered food on October 24, 2022, and my order was delayed. When I inquired about it, the staff member was extremely rude and spoke aggressively, even threatening me. I will be advising all my friends and acquaintances to avoid Nath Meat until that disrespectful employee is removed.
You have to try their Afghani tandoori fish—it's absolutely incredible! I love it! The staff is very friendly and polite as well.
I placed a phone order that totaled $17.50. When I arrived to pick it up, I planned to pay with my Visa, but their Wi-Fi was down, and they asked me to wait 10-15 minutes. I inquired if I could come back the next day to pay, and offered my phone number, but they refused. After waiting for 5 minutes, I managed to find $8 in change in my car. I asked if they could accept the $8 and let me pay the rest later, but they still refused. It was a really frustrating experience. I used to go there often, but after this, I won’t be returning.
This is the best place for marinated chicken, and the cooked food is delicious! The staff at the front desk is very friendly. I highly recommend it!
I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service, especially from the man at the front. This was particularly frustrating during Diwali when we were hoping for quality food and an enjoyable experience. I will not be coming back to this location.
