There were no wings or actual chicken breasts, just what looked like ribs and thighs cut in an Asian style. It was quite strange. Even the coating tasted different. When did KFC start letting its franchises make their own variations? The picture shows most of the pieces from our bucket, and they were all unrecognizable.

It seemed like they either ran out of their signature spices for the fried chicken batter and gravy or simply forgot to use them. The gravy was just an unappetizing brown sludge. It was terrible. To make matters worse, the manager called to inform me that they don’t offer potato salad at their location. This establishment is damaging the KFC brand and should have their franchise revoked.

The chicken was extremely overcooked – the pieces were shrunken, dry, tough, and nearly inedible. I ended up having to throw away most of it. The employees shouldn't have served that. If I had opened the box in the restaurant, I would have sent it back. I usually enjoy KFC, but this experience left me feeling cheated and searching for other meal options.

Then 3 uber drivers came in and she gave them the food and told me I have to wait 20 minutes. Like what the heck, I canceled my order left and ordered from uber. Then thefood came salty and soggy. KFC is out for good for my family.

There was no soap in the dispensers in both washrooms. The front desk cashier had a mask face. They really mad sure that we willnever come back to this branch.
