They already charge on the pricier side for their food and I only got 1 thing to-go so I didn’t tip today. The guy behind the desk started showing attitude immediately and even when I tried being nice before I left he straight out ignored me. I think he’s the owner or related to the owner maybe? Anyway, first and last time I’ll ever come here. I don’t recommend to anyone. Eddies wok is better food service.

Hakkalicious serves outstanding Chinese cuisine. Our server Ritika was excellent. The Manchow Soup was rich and spicy, the Dry Manchurian perfectly crispy, the Chilli Garlic Egg Fried Rice flavorful, and the Schezwan Hakka Noodles had a great fiery kick. Cozy ambiance. Highly recommended!

Great place to visit. I love to travel and try different restaurants. This is one of the best restaurant I ever tried. Had a great experience in Niagra Falls. The food and the hospitality was outstanding .The guy named Anmol explained well about the place. Big ups to him.?

The order taker girl was rude and she was giving look since we asked her to wait also it was not busy at all it was weekday; and when we got our food after 30 min the dry Manchurian was serve cold typical INDIAN attitude towards the INDIAN customers need to improve your customer service standards guys. As simple as that keep this review as lessons rather then delete it from google.

I had a positive experience with Haakadilicious for a takeout order.I requested a veg soup with no MSG and mild spiciness, but it was spicier than expected.When I called to address the issue, they were quick to offer a solution, which was much appreciated.Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident even for takeout orders.The staff was responsive and courteous, and I look forward to trying their food again in the future….
