There was more ice than... read more I was quite disappointed with my visit. I had heard great things about Chatime, but my first experience fell far short of expectations. There was more ice than anything else, even surpassing the amount of ice you'd find at Starbucks (and that's hard to achieve!). The brown sugar pearls lacked the genuine brown sugar flavor, and the milk tea was lackluster. I doubt I'll be returning, and I'd definitely recommend Kung Fu Tea over Chatime any day.
