What I wanted to order would have been almost $2 more than what their menu board says it would. They were out of stock and I couldent even order what I wanted after everything. At least get a little out of stock sticker so I dont waste my time in line.

I visited this location to claim my free birthday drink, only to be informed that they don’t offer that here. I've been enjoying a complimentary bubble tea on my birthday for years, so I know this isn't an uncommon request. It seems like the owner is unwilling to invest in customer satisfaction.
