I needed to order lunch for work around 11:30 and requested 2 large sandwich boxes, with 10 sandwiches in each. Nyasia asked if I could arrive before the lunchtime rush, and I agreed since I had until 12:00. I was truly impressed by how wonderfully and professionally everyone on the team worked together. What User doesn't like about Potbelly:
I used to really enjoy this place, but the Italian sub I ordered today was disappointing and a waste of my money. There was barely any meat on it, and the person who prepared it should be embarrassed to serve that to a customer. The only reason I gave two stars is that the salad I received was good, and I have had enjoyable meals here in the past. However, I won’t be ordering again. View all feedback.
I was there for the first time two weeks ago and must say that I was really impressed by the architecture inside. it was initially confusing, but with the help of the young lady named valerie the process went smoothly for me and the sandwich was really good. Mostly there are 5 stars causal for the customer service I have received, I believe that such a thing is great quality.
This place is an definitely a place i would recommend going to again! the chicken club is one of my favorites. the workers there are all super kind, especially valerie! shout out to her!!
Went in to eat before seeing a movie. I was 6:30pm and there were people inside. Sign shows closes at 7:00pm. When I walked in the workers just yelled NO We are closed . Waving their arms to shoo me away. I that point I was glad not to order from here.
Have been here a few times out of necessity or to give it a chance. They have the worst employees, they are so slow, so rude, so lazy. If you order online, even though they're doing nothing they won't start making it until you get there. An empty restaurant still took 35 minutes to make 2 sandwiches
The sandwich was subpar, ordered a pizza sub. Wouldn’t return, wasn’t worth the money. The dessert was equally disappointing.
