I frequent this location at least once a month with my friend and our kids, just as a place to catch up with each other ofer drinks and good food. Yesterday’s dining experience was subpar. There’s an update to the menu which boasts lots of new options, which unfortunately means that some of the old delicious options are now gone. In addition, both my fish (salmon) and my friend’s fish (rainbow trout) overcooked and under- (if any) seasoned. Quite disappointed with yesterday’s experience. Legals has gotten quite pricey over time but we bite the bullet because it’s typically a great dining experience overall. Hoping this occurrence was a one-off and next time will be better.

The service at this restaurant is excellent, with a great menu offering a wide variety of choices. I especially appreciated the convenience of making a reservation through OpenTable.

The service at this restaurant was outstanding. The staff checked on us multiple times from the moment we were seated until we paid the bill. Despite being seated next to a larger party of 4-5 people who were a bit louder than the others, the overall noise level was not disruptive. The larger party was not obnoxious, and we were all able to enjoy our meals in peace. The food was delicious, and I prefer this location over the options in Dedham or Braintree. While the menu is slightly more extensive in Braintree, this restaurant is still my top choice.
