We didn't order that much and when we asked where something was that we did not get the waiter hesitated and looked at our table like we ate it and we're making like we didn't get it. Rather insulting. I also had a virtual credit card to use and they said it would not work. When questioned the waiter said it was probably fine but they had an old credit card machine. I used it the next day with no problems!The place was empty but it took a long time to get our food. To bad the food is really good. Can't imagine what service would be like on a busy night!!!

The only thing I found on the menu was a dish w shrimp, that they warmed in a microwave. Only other cooking apparatus was a toaster oven. The people with me said the sushi was good. Problem by the time we got fed, we were starting to believe that they went out to catch the fish... Took two hours start to finish. Place is rather pricey as well. My take is that there are too many other restaurants where I can spend my money, and it's won't take the whole evening. Finally, I could be less critical if the place was busy, but it wasn't

Very fresh, nicely presented, and delicious! The pricing was also reasonable, and our group of four had a delicious dinner. The location of the restaurant is great, the downtown area is nice. The ambiance is somewhat lacking though. It feels like you are sitting in a former bar that while the walls have been painted, there are a few too many TVs and entirely too many mirrored walls. The service was good and friendly, however it might help if they knew more about the dishes and also special sakes that are listed on the menu. Again, the food was really great, but there is room for improvement in terms of decor and staff training. We'd go again for the delicious sushi

Despite ordering only a small amount of food, we had trouble getting everything we ordered. When we asked the waiter about the missing items, he seemed hesitant and implied that we had already eaten them. Additionally, when I tried to pay with a virtual credit card, I was told it would not work, even though it worked fine at another location the next day. The restaurant was not busy, but it took a long time to receive our food. It's a shame because the food was really good, but the service left much to be desired. I can't imagine what it would be like on a busy night.

However, we were disappointed to find out that the coupon was only valid for sushi and sashimi. The only non-sushi option on the menu was a dish with three shrimp, which seemed to have been warmed up in a microwave. The only cooking equipment we saw was a toaster oven. The people in my group enjoyed the sushi, but it took two hours for us to be served. The prices were on the higher side, and overall, I felt like there are better restaurants where I can spend my money and not have to wait so long. I would have been more forgiving if the restaurant was busy, but it was not.
