Outback Steakhouse - Bradenton

My boyfriend and I came into Outback tonight and we sat in the open bar areaJohn G was our server, he helped make our dining experience wonderful.

Increasing stars because the food has improved since my last (horrible) visit.

The last time we went here, we had my grandmother order the chocolate thunder from down under (haha sigh*) along with the rest of our meal.

Had a small problem with a big order near the closing and when I called back the following day, they didn't play games or asked me if I told the truth or not to get objects and get some false objects. they went about what the normal procedure is when it comes to possessing their fault, correcting it and ensuring that the customer knew it was sorry for them and knew that it was right with us to get as much to them as we did. I've been dealing with jeremy who was incredibly courteous and professional. it's easy to appear great and do well when nothing is going to last, but if it does and she shines, that's exemplary.

I only had a delicious meal here. steaks were boiled directly, broccoli was fresh, service was good and beautiful atmosphere. Thank you. outback for a good job!
