To my delight, I found a fantastic variety of gluten-free options, and the food was made with great attention to detail. The staff demonstrated a strong understanding of cross-contamination concerns, provided gluten-free tamari sauce, and recognized that krab contains gluten. This restaurant is a true treasure! The poke and sushi were among the best I've ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend Seven to anyone, and I really wish there was a location in Seattle!

I've been all over the west coast and when I tell people about Seven, they think I'm crazy, but Bozeman's Seven delivers the best tasting sushi you can get !!!
