Nearly everything is gluten free! My wife loves fried rolls and can never eat them, but at Seven she can! The cuts of fish are phenomenal, you do not get skimped on fish. Quality of ingredients are excellent. I can't wait to go back.

To my delight, I found a fantastic variety of gluten-free options, and the food was made with great attention to detail. The staff demonstrated a strong understanding of cross-contamination concerns, provided gluten-free tamari sauce, and recognized that krab contains gluten. This restaurant is a true treasure! The poke and sushi were among the best I've ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend Seven to anyone, and I really wish there was a location in Seattle!
