So bad that I can actually taste it almost when I think about it and I get sick in my stomach. The Cuban bowl ordered. Not only my black steak was very rubbery and it lacked taste itself, the rice accompanies it in the bowl tasted fishy and VERY garlicky. And don't even let me start on the fried Plantains. If I could use a word to describe my experience in Mo 'Bowls, it would be, YUCK. Service was great

The taste was so bad that I can almost still taste it now, and it makes me feel sick. I ordered the Cuban bowl, which was a big mistake. The blackened steak was rubbery and flavorless, and the rice that came with it tasted fishy and overwhelmingly garlicky. Don’t even get me started on the fried plantains. If I had to sum up my experience at Mo'bowls in one word, it would be "yuck." On a positive note, the service was excellent.

The Cajun bowl is my fa... read more I'm a truck driver driving across America. The food is so good at Mo'Bowls that I steer off the interstate every time to get their food. The Cajun bowl is my favorite. You get more than you pay for. Prices are very reasonable. If you want good food, Imean really good food, stop in, its worth it. Be smart and call ahead about 20 minutes when cruising down the interstate! Youwon't be disappointed with their food!

Try... read more Has been great having such amazing Mac and cheese and awesome rice bowls! However, their store front has closed. Wouldn't have any idea unless you drive by. Try calling their number, no answer. Contact through Facebook is nearly impossible. Emailing them,no response. They have a sign on their door saying to check Facebook for updates and to find their food truck, except the havenext to nothing in their Facebook page. Their website is still up and still says they are open tuesday-saturday. Very poorcommunication with the community about their situation. Was hoping to reserve their food truck for an event, but since they havehad zero response and correspondence, will be going with another vendor. Im not gonna go on a scavenger hunt to track down theirtruck just to talk to somebody. Another once great restaurant finds that bozeman is truly an inhospitable place for small localbusinesses.
