However, the fried chicken was quite possibly the worst I've ever had, even worse than what you might find sitting under a heat lamp at a gas station for eight hours. It was clearly overcooked, even before I took a bite, which raises questions about why it was sent out at all. The skin and breading crumbled with the first bite, revealing dry, overcooked meat underneath that resembled jerky. I understand that mistakes can happen in the kitchen, but sending out something that looked as unappetizing as this was disappointing. Despite the amazing collard greens, I won’t be ordering again.

However, ordering through DoorDash just doesn’t compare to the atmosphere... read more I’m a big fan of food, and I always have a fantastic experience dining in at Bourbon. However, ordering through DoorDash just doesn’t compare to the atmosphere of enjoying a meal surrounded by singles, friends, and families all having a great time together. Unfortunately, the Deviled Eggs we ordered were much saltier than I like, and they tasted more like sour buffalo wings. I definitely wouldn’t recommend the Deviled Eggs.
