This place is everything you would ever want in a fast casual restaurant every item is cooked with lots of hard and flavor, service is extremely patient friendly and willing to work with the customer on any kind of modification or concerns regardingdiet or allergies. Everything is house made and there's even a sauce bar all with extraordinary flavors in case you wantedadditional toppings. Prices are extremely reasonable, especially for the quantity and quality of food.Furthermore, it is locallyowned and operated. Chipotle, Bolay, and the like should watch and learn!
Wow, this place is incredible! A friend mentioned it to me just yesterday, and I absolutely loved all the flavors in my bowl. They have an amazing variety of options! You can get falafels as a complimentary topping, and they prepare them fresh right there—it’s so delicious! The tofu is bursting with flavor, and they also offer other meat options. You can choose from two bases: yellow basmati rice, a rice and red bean mix, or a tasty quinoa with mixed veggies. They provide a creamy Sriracha topping, a mix of cauliflower and broccoli, tzatziki sauce, well-seasoned chickpeas, grilled broccoli and cauliflower, baba ganoush, and various Mediterranean toppings and spicy sauces that I can’t quite recall at the moment. My bowl was piled high! They even have grape leaves available. I also spotted tres leches cake for dessert. I will definitely be returning!
I’m really baffled by what has happened to Anzio. It used to provide excellent food and warm service. The first server who greeted me was very friendly. However, while she was preparing my falafels, another server took over who was unusually impatient and rude. I don’t know her name, but she was short, had tattoos, long black hair, and was wearing a baseball cap. She appeared to be in a hurry, constantly checking her watch, even though I was the only customer in the restaurant! In the end, the meal was just average, and the service left much to be desired. I’m really disappointed to say this!
