Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant, named Banana Boat, received mixed reviews from customers. One customer was disappointed on New Year's Eve, feeling that the restaurant was outdated and run down. However, others found it perfect for late breakfast or lunch, enjoying fresh salads and delicious burgers. The ambiance was praised, with a lovely view of a lake/pond, as well as an outdoor seating area overlooking the Intercoastal. The food was generally well-received, with highlights including smoked salmon, seafood crepe, and wings. The staff received a mix of feedback, with some finding them friendly and attentive, while others felt rushed and uncomfortable during their meal. Overall, Banana Boat was described as a great place with beautiful music, good food, and a nice atmosphere, though some customers found it a bit pricey for what was offered.
I absolutely adored our waitress at the restaurant - she was fantastic! Unfortunately, I can't recall her name, but she served us on Sunday, December 4th, out on the dock terrace. The food was delicious, so I would definitely give them a 5-star rating.
The atmosphere at Banana Boat is lovely with beautiful music, making it a great spot for a relaxing night out with good company and fantastic entertainment. The calamari is above average and a nice dish to share. The Seafood Crepe has a good taste and is not too overwhelming. Everything on the plate tasted fresh. The service is very attentive and friendly. Overall, the food is delicious and Banana Boat is a wonderful place to dine.
Everything was so tasty!! Best calamari I've had so far. Will be coming back. Give the Coconut Shrimp a shot!! You wont regret ????
We really like the banana boat restaurant. Great outdoor seating by the water and a really nice view of the bridge which I think is really nice. We've never had any complaints about the food however it is a bit pricey...$19 for a burger with fries for example. Lots of other choices including seafood and ribeye steak. Nice atmosphere and staff have always been nice. They also take reservations which I recommend bc we went on a Monday evening and it was pretty packed. Plenty of parking as well.
Absolutely amazing food and atmosphere. Daughter had calamari and swordfish...ate it all...lobster roll huge@ and the seafood crepe delectable. Dessert and coffee could not be passed up. Highly recommend to anyone who loves seafood, fun, and great service. Definitely make reservations first
