The restaurant lacks options for placing an order and the customer service was extremely poor.
I drove over an hour to pick up an ice cream cake that I was assured was available, along with more in the freezer. However, when I arrived, I discovered that was entirely untrue; they didn't have the cake I requested at all. The staff member didn’t apologize, which only added to my frustration. It’s incredibly disappointing that they would give false information. I believe they should reimburse me for the gas and time I wasted.
