I ordered the new mac and cheese with breadcrumbs which promises in their description that it’s made with Cavatappi noodles. Not at all. Just over-cooked macaroni instead. The cheese tasted like it came from a can. Just so artificial tasting. The bread sticks seemed to be reheated in the microwave. Hard bottoms and tough to eat. This store has fallen down badly.
Love their food but they are having terrible issues with staff or lack of. Most of the tables in the dining was dirty and full of dishes. The manager and one of the employees was openly arguing with each other. A lot of craziness going on, people were walking out, they could not find some orders/food for customers. They just really need some direction or to hire more people.
