We ordered and everything was perfect, fresh, and when brought out fresh cheese was grated on top. We eat at our local Fazolis and have never been offered this level of service. The whole staff was amazing! It was like eating somewhere I have never been considering how different and nice this one is compared to others. Great job BG fazolis!

Completely over seasoned and bread sticks were soggy.

I ordered the new mac and cheese with breadcrumbs which promises in their description that it’s made with Cavatappi noodles. Not at all. Just over-cooked macaro... read more I ordered the new mac and cheese with breadcrumbs which promises in their description that it’s made with Cavatappi noodles. Not at all. Just over-cooked macaroni instead. The cheese tasted like it came from a can. Just so artificial tasting. The bread sticks seemed to be reheated in the microwave. Hard bottoms and tough to eat. This store has fallen down badly.

You never have to worry about your meal not being hot. The spaghetti and lasagna were both incredible, and the breadsticks were by far the best I've ever had. If you find yourself in Bowling Green and don’t visit Fazoli's, you are definitely missing out!

The idea of Italian fast food seemed strange, but I was pleasantly surprised. First off, the prices were quite affordable, which is a big plus. The food was decent, although it didn’t taste quite like traditional Italian, it was still enjoyable. The breadsticks were excellent! Overall, it was a fun experience, but I don’t think I would return.
