I've been to this Subway about four times, and I've had the pleasure of having Mrs. Mavis (I hope I spelled it right) prepare sandwiches for my family on three of those visits. She does an exceptional job—very professional and always goes the extra mile for us. I've placed two orders through the app with special instructions to cut my sub into three pieces, but both times it was cut in half instead. The last time, I decided I wouldn't return to address the issue since I was too tired after a long day at work. I’ll give it another try next time when I order a steak sub. View all feedback.
Don't order here from doordash. They will not do orders at $20 or over. Ridiculous. Don't waste your time.

Around 12:10, I placed an online order to take advantage of the buy one, get one half off deal. It said my order would be ready by 12:30. When I arrived at 12:35, I was told the order hadn’t gone through yet. I strongly advise against ordering the Baja Fresh or anything else online here. I’m not sure if this is just this location, but while the in-store service seems fine, the online system clearly isn’t working. They hadn’t even received my order. By 12:50, I asked if my order had come through. The employee checked with a coworker who confirmed it had, pointing to the receipt sitting right there. So, my order was there the whole time, just sitting on the counter. I ended up waiting behind two people—one ordering three footlong subs, and another having pizza pepperoni sliced into quarters. Meanwhile, the staff struggled to peel stuck pizza off the baking sheet. Finally, at 1:06, I received my subs. A few free cookies would have been nice, considering the wait. In summary, if you order two footlongs online here, don’t expect to pick them up for at least an hour. Order two anyway because the girl working was nice.
I ordered a sandwich that was supposed to have extra cheese, but there was barely any on it. The staff member even said she would charge me extra for that tiny amount. Normally, I’m pretty understanding and would have gladly paid for more cheese if it had been served properly. Instead, she literally pinched the small amount of cheese between her fingers while insisting it would cost extra. I found her attitude rude and insulting. I asked to speak to the manager, which I usually avoid, but I felt like I was being pranked. To my surprise, she was serious and even consulted the manager about charging me. Thankfully, the manager used common sense and said no. Still, the whole experience ruined my visit, and I won’t be coming back.
