Then if you order an additional meal expect for your order to be missing something. Curbside is the only amazing thing about this restaurant.

My fiancee goes online at 7:30p to arrange call ahead seating for 8:15p. Arrived at 8:10p and was told it would be about a 20min wait. So about 30mins later we'... read more My fiancee goes online at 7:30p to arrange call ahead seating for 8:15p. Arrived at 8:10p and was told it would be about a 20min wait. So about 30mins later we're finally taken to our table to be seated but, we can't actually sit down because the tablestill needs to be wiped down. So we wait a moment and she returns to wipe it and then leaves but, we still can't sit becausethere's a noodle in one of the seats that we have to remove before we sit. About 10 or 12mins later we finally get to meet ourwaiter and place our order. So about 15-ish minutes later a table of 6 is seated near us. This is important because even thoughthey were at least 15mins behind us and we were a party of two and they are a party of 6, our food came out at the same time. Sothey had a shorter wait for a larger order and their food was so hot that, while ours was barely warm. As if it had been sittingfor some time before it arrived at our table. I also forgot to mention that one set of our silverware was dirty and so theybrought us a new set and it was also dirty. The atmosphere was that of a staff that doesn't care. Rows of dirty, used dishesacross multiple tables. Lastly, they literally cooked a whole piece of chicken and cut it in 1/2 and only put the one 1/2 on myplate. You'll see the picture of what I'm describing. I wish I was making this up but, I'm not, this all actually happened. It'sa wonder we went through with eating a meal there but, for what this place used to be, we were compelled to believe things wouldsignificantly improve at some point before we left and it just NEVER happened and so, I can say I'll never make that mistakeagain. I'm done with this place.

But the chicken Brien was tiny, they charged extra for fettuccine Alfredo none of the other Carrabba's I've been to ever have , and I had to ask twice to get drinks and refills obviously never happened. All the food came out at onetime bread, app, salads and entrees, but not the drinks??????????? so that was a little flustering. Food was good, waitresswas polite but maybe overwhelmed/ as she gave us a $16 dollar bill and ours was with 3 of us considerably more. We're justgoing to stick to the one down the street from us.
