On January 11, 2022, around 10 AM, I visited this restaurant and had to wait about 10 minutes for my meal to be prepared by a server named Sogo. I ordered a salad and asked if the tomatoes could be sliced, but he responded angrily that they don't do that. When I tried to clarify, I struggled to understand him because of his accent. I mentioned that other Subway locations provide this service, but he didn't reply. I also requested croutons, only to be told they were unavailable. Overall, my experience was quite disappointing, and I do not plan to return or spend my hard-earned money here again.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I approached the counter, the man seemed quite unhappy. I requested light mayonnaise, but they didn’t have any. I then asked about vinegar and oil packets, and his response was rather rude, as he stated that they didn’t have those either. When I simply replied “okay,” he snapped at me, saying he had already closed the sandwich. He then filled two cups with oil and vinegar, placed the bag on the counter, and told me the total. There’s no reason for such disrespectful service, especially with a Chick-fil-A just 200 yards away. I think I'll take my business to a place where I'm treated with respect!

This Subway is located inside a gas station. The employee who assisted me was quite slow, and I had to repeat my order multiple times. I requested extra pickles, but I received fewer than what I usually get at other locations for a regular order. Additionally, I ordered a dozen cookies but was mistakenly charged for four sets of the three-pack, which is more expensive. When I pointed out the mistake, he insisted it was their standard procedure. I questioned the price since it didn't align with the menu board, but he claimed he couldn't make any adjustments and refused to look for the dozen option on his screen. As a result, I ended up paying more. It's clear that they need better training on processing orders or should update their pricing board to reflect accurate prices.

The employee at Subway seemed quite annoyed when I approached the counter. I asked for light mayonnaise, but it wasn’t available. When I requested packets of vinegar and oil, he sharply replied, "We don’t have that." I calmly said, "Alright, just add it to the sandwich," but he retorted, "I already closed the sandwich." I thought, "That’s not my issue." He then grabbed two condiment cups, filled them with oil and vinegar, and placed my order bag on the counter while telling me the total. With Chick-fil-A just nearby, I won’t be returning to Subway. I prefer dining at places with friendlier service, especially when it comes to their menu options.
