I visited the one located on 197 Laurel-Bowie Roa... read more Sooo, each Subway store gave away 50 of their 6 inch all new Subway Series on July 12th from 10 am until noon. I visited the one located on 197 Laurel-Bowie Road in Bowie, Maryland. As I was walking in I noticed a sign stating that they did notparticipate in the ?Buy one get one free sub? or the ?Get three subs for $17.99? promotions due to inflation and affordability.After seeing this I was hesitant to go in because I felt like they probably wouldn?t participate in this one either. I enteredanyway and inquired about the free sandwich because I wanted to try something new/different. The staff member told me that theyhad already sold out. Okay no problem, I debated on ordering my norm but opted not to. A gentleman came in as I was leaving andI didn?t think anything more of it. I sat in my car to place a Starbuck?s order before pulling off. As I was leaving that samegentleman came out with a 6 inch sandwich and a large drink which seemed somewhat unusual. I asked him if he was able to get thefree 6 inch deal and he said. They only charged me for the drink. I don?t know why they didn?t charge me for the sandwich. Hedrove off and I went back inside. The manager told me I should?ve asked him for his receipt in order to show her. I asked forthe owner?s number and was told that he no longer wants her to give out his number. I asked for corporates number and was toldto get online. I think you all may want to consider closing if you cannot keep up with the company?s promotions. What doreviewers usually say? If possible, I would have given this location zero stars!

The sandwich was about 95% bread with a few tomato slices thrown on there. Clean restaurant and friendly staff though. Crazy that just a fewyears ago their tagline was $5 foot long now it?s $20

The workers argued with each other with a full restaurant of people. One of them wasn’t wearing gloves making sandwiches. Lots of people inside displeased with this service. Ordered online and waited an hour and a half to get our food.
