Worst Chipotle I’ve been to! They’re often closed inside or shut earlier than their stated hours. Frequently run out of menu items. I’d recommend going to a different location.
This Chipotle location often closes before the posted hours and regularly runs out of key ingredients like cheese, sour cream, and taco shells. My latest visit was especially disappointing. On August 24th, I placed an online order, but when I arrived shortly after 6 PM, the doors were locked. An employee told me they were closed and advised me to request a refund through the app. These problems definitely need to be addressed by management.
This Chipotle rarely offers walk-in service anymore. Over the past several months, I've parked and walked up, only to find they’ve closed unexpectedly early or are only accepting online orders. They communicate this with a handwritten note on the door. It’s disappointing because it used to be a great location. I’m not sure what’s going on, but it has definitely put me off Chipotle.
This location closes frequently at times earlier then posted. This location also regularly runs out of items such as cheese, sour cream, and hard shells for tacos. The most recent issue i have with this Chipotle location is that yesterday 8/24 therestaurant allowed for you to order online, but when you arrive at the store at a little after 6pm, the doors are locked and theemployee says oh well we are closed get a refund through the app. Management needs to step up here.
This is the second time now that we?ve ordered online and for some reason one of the meals is completely missing the protein. And each time we paid for double. I?m not sure at all what the heck?s going on but it?s getting extremely annoying driving thereto pick it up to get home and then find out that the order is completely missing the protein. Won?t be ordering from here again.
