The staff could benefit from training in food handling techniques, as they were not very skilled in their roles. Customer service also needs improvement. I had a problem when the Hispanic cashier couldn't process my free chip after I scanned my phone. I'm not planning to return anytime soon. When I checked my account the next day, I found that I had been charged for the chips. This place used to be one of the best several years ago, but now it has become one of the worst.

I'm not sure what the duck is going on, but it's going to be extremely annoying to drive there to get home and then find out that the order completely lacks the protein. Don't get back from here.
