The meat is really seasoned and not excessively spicy. The manager NIS super nice and helpful.

All cons are not present anymore. 10 out of 10 customer service, 10 out of 10, servings 10 out of 10. Food overall 5 stars our of 5. One of the best flavored burritos I had ever eaten. Perfect amount of ingredients. I ate it all. See pic for more details. OLD REVIEW experience from July- September 2021: Rice uncooked (hard), barely any chicken on my bowl, chicken few times was kinda uncook as well. This has happened to me more than once while I ordered here. Please management, make sure your staff cooks properly. Note: I live 4-5mins from this restaurant, I prefer to drive 13 mins each way into another location, plus the schedule now is 12 PM to PM, I cannot even give an opportunity to this location at this point.

The staff could benefit from training in food handling techniques, as they were not very skilled in their roles. Customer service also needs improvement. I had a problem when the Hispanic cashier couldn't process my free chip after I scanned my phone. I'm not planning to return anytime soon. When I checked my account the next day, I found that I had been charged for the chips. This place used to be one of the best several years ago, but now it has become one of the worst.

Also, the customer service need work. I a free chips and the Hispanic cashier didn't know how to ring it upafter I scanned my phone. I road her don't worry about it. I will use it next time. I get home and check my account the next dayand I was charged for the chips. This place use to be one of the best years ago. Now is the worst for several years.

This location also regularly runs out of items such as cheese, sour cream, and hard shells for tacos. The most recent issue i have with this Chipotle location is that yesterday 8/24 therestaurant allowed for you to order online, but when you arrive at the store at a little after 6pm, the doors are locked and theemployee says oh well we are closed get a refund through the app. Management needs to step up here.
