This location also regularly runs out of items such as cheese, sour cream, and hard shells for tacos. The most recent issue i have with this Chipotle location is that yesterday 8/24 therestaurant allowed for you to order online, but when you arrive at the store at a little after 6pm, the doors are locked and theemployee says oh well we are closed get a refund through the app. Management needs to step up here.

I?m not sure at all what the heck?s going on but it?s getting extremely annoying driving thereto pick it up to get home and then find out that the order is completely missing the protein. Also, the customer service need work. I a free chips and the Hispanic cashier didn't know how to ring it upafter I scanned my phone. I road her don't worry about it. I will use it next time. I get home and check my account the next dayand I was charged for the chips. This place use to be one of the best years ago. Now is the worst for several years.

Worst location I?ve ever seen. Everyone working on the evening of 9/30/22 shouldbe fired except for the youngest gentleman working the line and the two men cleaning the grill. The women were useless andTHERE WAS HAIR IN MY FOOD. Yuck! No napkins, for utensils in the lobby. Just awful! Avoid this place.
