We ordered a burger and BLT. The bun was not fresh, and the bacon was not fully cooked. Staff did offer to fix another BLT, which was better. I understand the way everything is today that it is very difficult finding good help but at some point you have to cut your losses and shut it down. I'm not sure if it's family running this IHOP but there were four or five tables and they could not keep up with that.
