Awesome place to go if you are looking for good food and a relaxing atmosphere. We have never had any problems with any of the service or any of the food. Its got a real Home-style feel to it! I recommend this place to everyone I know and plan on getting lunch from here for my entire office.

I'll be back with the name when I get it.

I attempted to order the French Roast Beef sandwich, but after waiting for what seemed like ag... read more Understaffed, underwhelming, dreadfully slow, and uncompromising. I attempted to order the French Roast Beef sandwich, but after waiting for what seemed like ages to put an order in, the server informed me that they were out of swiss cheese, and would not make any specialty sandwiches without it, even though they have a selection of other cheeses. Settled for a burger, which was mediocre at best while the fries were a bit undercooked. One of my three coworkers who ordered with me did not receive his food when we were served, and although he ordered the same sandwich that another of us ordered, it took another 10 minutes or so for his to come out. It must have been 15-20 minutes from the time we arrived to the time we all received our beverages, and another 45 minutes after that before we received our food.

Can substitute onion ring for fr... read more Unique decor, clean and tidy. Very helpful waitstaff. Wanted a light lunch for 2. Fresh arrival seafood this morning, she said. Can substitute onion ring for fries, she said. Perfectly fried oyster poboy, enough for 2, she said. Not disappointed. We shared one oyster poboy and was plenty. Now with Sal's and Zydaco closed, this restaurant should do well, if they keep it up.
