The staff were having some issues with both Chip And Pin machine and were also in process of cleaning coffee machine so there were some minor issues. These were more than compensated by the excellent customer service. Staff were apologetic and unfailingly polite to a fault and even threw in an extra cookie for my trouble. Cannot ask for more than that.
Good service, good staff, and great, great food. Love getting sandwiches here.
