The Arbor restaurant offers a dining experience that is both environmentally conscious and delicious, with a friendly staff that creates a relaxed atmosphere. While some dishes may fall short of fine dining expectations, the overall experience is enjoyable. The menu offers a variety of options, from curry pork to wellington duck, all of which are fresh and beautifully presented. The prices are fair, considering the quality of the food. The restaurant's support for local suppliers is evident in their selection of English sparkling and white wines. Overall, Arbor provides a fantastic meal with excellent service that is definitely worth a visit.
The food was excellent, delicious, and beautifully presented. The service was outstanding - very professional, friendly, and quick. I will definitely be returning.
We went to the restaurant on a Sunday evening in the middle of January. There were not many people dining. The staff were attentive and welcoming. We found the menu to be limited with few options. Since there were not many patrons, there was a lack of atmosphere, but we should have taken that into consideration when making our reservation.
We were thrilled to discover this hidden gem. The menu offered a great variety of options, all of which sounded delicious, and we were not disappointed. I started with the Crab, my husband tried the Sea Bream Ceviche, and our daughter had the Baby Veg salad - all were fantastic. For our main courses, we chose Duck, Rack of Lamb, and Pork Fillet. The flavors and textures of each dish were perfectly balanced. For dessert, we indulged in Toffee Apple Mille Feuille, Salted Caramel Tart, and Strawberry White Chocolate Cheesecake. The salted caramel was a standout - truly heavenly. The impeccable service, beautiful presentation, and relaxed atmosphere made for a fine dining experience without any pretentiousness.
Had a meal on a Sunday evening which many restaurants don’t offer this was excellent and we’ll definitely come again.
Bad service, all the beers were bottled and all vegan or Gluten free, none of you usual Peroni or bud, no on tap beer at all, the beer we were served was luke warm Would definitely not recommend
