I re... read more The food at this restaurant is exceptional. I ordered 9 different dishes and each one had a distinct and delicious flavor. This is now my go-to restaurant. I really hope they continue to maintain this high standard because the food I had tonight was absolutely fantastic!

We th... read more 1 3/4 hours after ordering via just eat no food arrived, despite our checking twice. Contacted restaurant who said they had still not processed the order. We then cancelled the order as they said it would be another 25 mins. They said they cancelled payment. Today payment taken. Just eat said it had been documented as “order completed” OUTRAGEOUS.

Chose because it 's cheap with the discount offered we placed our order at 5.10pm and were immediately notified that the restaurant can deliver for 6.20pm. Needless to say, the shop got a call from me at 6.45 asking where our food was. We barely had an apology from the person on the phone and were told the food was just leaving the shop. 25 minutes later we get the food. Again, no apology. So all in all, the food was nearly 50 minutes late. This in itself is not exactly acceptable (and on 2 consecutive occasions too! . They charge a 50p 'service charge ', as well as the cheek to charge £1 for delivery. Not exactly a bank-busting amount, but when you can 't deliver the goods on time then that kind of takes the biscuit really. A 'good-will gesture of waivering the delivery charge or something would 've been nice. It 's very unlikely that we will be using Aki 's again unfortunately, because the food itself is actually quite nice and plentiful!
