Always welcomed with a smile. Sometimes it's busy, so you'd expect a small wait if you haven't ordered online, but the team get's you through quickly without being frazzled. I have been here several times recently. Every time I have had to wait approx 25 min for my drink because they prioritize drive through customers and seemed to do everyone else's drinks first. They should do them first come, first served, but that's not how they do it. Extremely slow staff. Don't come here unless you have time to spare. View all feedback.
The service is always fantastic whenever me and my fiancé come in for a drink. I have never liked coffee until I had tried Starbucks. the fruit drinks also are a lot higher quality than other places and it's nice to be able to relax in a friendly environment with a coffee or a pink drink after a day out.
Floors and bathrooms should be cleaner. It's a food establishment. This one the bathroom was in need of upgrade and kept cleaner....

Yesterday evening I had a 17 year old lecture myself and my father about respect. This child proceeded to be condescending and rude the second we pulled up to the window. She scolded my 72 year old father for smoking a cigarette while inside MY vehicle and refused to give us our order after we had already paid. This person should lose her job in my opinion immediately. Apparently she had a problem with smoking, which could be an understandable situation. However she was immediately rude without justification. She proceeded to hold our property hostage as it was already paid for. With a tip I might add... then after a verbal argument of approximately 15 minutes she refunded our money. All the while making other customers wait in line behind us. She is the little white manager with a rose on her right forearm and she still wears a covid mask... I'm all for having an opinion about your own life views. But leave that stuff at home when you're punched in for work... this child needs a lesson on work ethic, respect, customer service and just life in general. She is in no way fit to serve customers for any reason and because of this particular individual myself as well and my entire family will never give this establishment our business again!!!!
